Evaluation of lactate step test
Do you have a current evaluation of a lactate step test or a spiroergometry test (treadmill) with a training recommendation that is optimally tailored to your current performance? However, implementing it in your daily training routine is difficult?
Runvital helps you achieve your goals! In just four weeks, you will learn how to create an effective training plan using the test data from your performance test.
The Runvital concept consists of three joint running training sessions and a theoretical part. In this, you will learn how to optimally control your personal training using the determined performance levels.
Construction
A theory part of 2 hours
Discussion of the performance test
Joint development of a training plan for 4 weeks in week 1
Three joint training sessions of 90 minutes each
Joint training in week 2 / unit - easy endurance run with strength test
