We will analyze your personal goal using the selected test data. We will then discuss how and when which milestones can be achieved.

Of course, Runvital does not leave you alone with your training. During joint training, your fitness is promoted and adequately challenged. Through constant contact with one another, planned training phases can be monitored and adjusted at any time. However, the implementation of your plan definitely requires acceptance from you and those around you.
